The Associate Community Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining PodSquad's user base and overseeing communications to them. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a social marketing strategy to communicate with and engage members in addition to leveraging user feedback for key product decisions and working with the Support team to ensure consistent messaging.
